About me and my practice

I am an integrative relationship counsellor, trained at the Masters level, with experience in working with relationship issues, trauma, domestic violence, stress, anxiety, and more. I can help you explore your struggles in a safe and non-judgmental space, where you can connect with yourself and make sense of your thoughts, feelings and emotions. I use a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, my main approaches are systemic and psychodynamic concepts with elements of neuroscience. The brain, the mind and the body are interconnected and determine how we feel, react and relate to others.

If your time is limited or commuting is hard, maybe online or telephone counselling is the best solution for you. I am trained and have experience in both delivery methods. Experience

I have gained experience in working with domestic abuse and violence at Phoenix WoMen's Aid Doncaster as a volunteer.
From 2021 I am working in Relate centre and gained experience in working with individuals, couples and families around their relationship struggles, exploring their maladaptive patterns and helping them find healthier ways of communicating and relating with others.
